FAQ

 1. What are add-ons?

We've created add-ons so that you can add a water bottle or snacks to either the hydration or the winter package. All items will be packed in the same box.

2. I want to send to multiple specific soldiers. How do I do it?

Because each transaction captures specific contact information, we ask that you complete separate transactions for each soldier. 

3. I don't have a specific soldier in mind- where will the care packages go?

If you don't choose a specific delivery location (on page 2 of checkout)  We will use your shipping/billing address and allocate your care package(s) to a soldier(s) from your city or state. 

4. Help! My shipping address is my own in my e-mail confirmation! What do I do?

If you're sending a care package to a specific soldier and didn't enter their information, please contact us at drew@meverlayam.org to make the update. If not, don't worry! We'll make sure to deliver your care packages to a soldier from your city/state in Israel. 

5. How do I specify a delivery location?

At check-out you will specify your soldiers contact information, your contact information and then be given options for delivery/Pick-Up locations. Please select Tel Aviv (Lone Soldier Center), Jerusalem (The Michael Levin Base) or Beit Shemesh unless your soldier lives on one of the kibbutzim listed.
